Comments: Dr.Shaffer asked a lot of questions about my back & hip issues & surgeries on my hips & knee. He gave me a very good exam, listened to my concerns, had excellent bedside manner, a kind & pleasant voice, & I felt heard. I didn’t feel that I had to rush or was being rushed. I had a few new X-rays, & he showed me the x-rays & explained what I was looking at. He recommended PT & OT, & why he felt it would be necessary to go to both. I have an 8 week follow up appointment, he’s fabulous.
