Comments: Dr. Shaffer listened to all of my concerns and went above and beyond to determine my diagnosis. After taking many different x-ray visuals and exploring all possible injuries, Dr. Shaffer did not give up and decided that an MRI and appointment with a specialist was the next step. I felt heard and validated about my pain and injury, and he did not write of the x-ray results as the only possible source of truth. He listened to my concerns and acted on them.
