Comments: Dr Shaffer conducted my visit in a way I greatly appreciate. He balanced enough “technical” information with an attentive approach to make me feel both in good COMPETENT hands with an understanding/interactive manner.His opening was a technical explanation of what my chart showed. He hit the “what I’d consider” then asked me to provide feedback and ask questions. He fielded all my issues fully and in a manner that made sense to me even if he probably felt like he was drawing in crayon.
